The entrance fee for the observation deck is less than Hk$200. Sometimes they offer happy hour for Beer, the ticket includes only entrance, and to see a lighting show from the top if you are going at the evening time to see that could be a perfect time.

III. It would be crowded during the weekend, possibly make your visit any weekdays; it would be less crowded.
How to Reach there?
Most of the busses which pass via the western tunnel to the Central will have to stop there.
You can take a taxi to reach the International Commerce Centre if you are nearby somewhere.
If you go by MTR, take a Kowloon station, and go to your desired place.
