How do I get there?

You can get there by taking bus number 91 from Diamond Hill or by taking minibus number 103M from Tseung Kwan O MTR station and getting off at Clearwater Bay Second Beach. For visitors, who need to get to the Clearwater Bay First Beach, they will have to walk there through the walking pathway that connects the two beaches.
Both beaches provide various services such as changing rooms, toilets, BBQ slots, and lifeguard services. Also, it is protected with a shark net for swimmers. The beach is open for swimming from April to October during the warmer seasons.

Discovery Bay Beach:

Discovery Bay seaside is situated at Discovery Bay. Going to DB, either taking a bus cost $10 from Sunny Bay MTR station or a ferry cost $ 40-$45 from the Central Pier. The ferry cost may vary depending on whether you take the normal one or the faster one as well as whether you choose the ordinary or the deluxe ticket.

The beach also has a children’s playground on the sand which makes it different from other beaches in Hong Kong.

Golden Beach:

Butterfly Beach

The Butterfly Beach is located in Tuen Mun. The beach also has a park that includes a children’s playground and a garden with plenty of BBQ areas to accommodate visitors.

How to get to Butterfly Beach:

You can get there by taking a shuttle bus number K52 from Tuen Mun MTR station and getting off at Butterfly Beach Park. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the LRT number 610.
